Change at the top: DENIC General Assembly elects new Supervisory Board Chair and new member

Frankfurt, 29 April 2025Oliver Elste is the new Chairman / Dr. Johannes Loxen newly elected to the Supervisory Board / Honorary members of the Executive Board remain unchanged

At today's Annual General Assembly of DENIC eG – the central registry for all .de domains – the members elected the cooperative's governing bodies.

As part of the statutory election, which takes place every three years, one new member was elected to the Supervisory Board: Dr. Johannes Loxen (SerNet Service Network GmbH). Oliver Elste (Smart-NIC GmbH), Stephan Hageleit (INWX GmbH), Marco Hoffmann (OpusDNS GmbH) and Christian Müller were confirmed for another term of office. Following the meeting, the new Supervisory Board was constituted and elected Oliver Elste as its new Chairman.

 There is stability among the honorary members of the Executive Board: Martin Küchenthal (LEMARIT GmbH) and Sebastian Röthler (info.at Internet GmbH) were confirmed in their positions by re-election.
